These prices are effective March 20th, 2020, but are subject to change without notice.

The goods and services below are those we can provide to our customers.  You may choose only the items you desire. However, any cremation/funeral arrangements you select will include a charge for our basic services and overhead.  If legal or other requirements mean you must buy an item you did not specifically ask for, we will explain the reason in writing on the statement we provide describing the cremation/funeral goods and services you selected.


DIRECT CREMATION
This charge includes: transfer of the remains to our facility within a designated area additional transportation fees explained below, necessary services of staff, care of body, local transportation to the cremation and cremation service charge. This charge does not include visitation, rites or ceremonies prior to cremation of the remains. If you want to arrange a direct cremation, you can use an alternative container.  Alternative containers encase the body and can be made of materials like fiberboard or composition materials (with or without an outside covering). The minimum container we provide is fiberboard.

BASIC SERVICES OF STAFF    (This fee is already included in our charges for direct cremation)

Our charge for basic services includes, but is not limited to, the services of our staff to respond to initial request for service; the services of our staff for a telephone arrangement conference with family or responsible party; arrangement of the cremation services and filing of necessary authorizations and permits; recording vital statistics. Included in this charge are our overhead expense for operating this cremation facility, such as responding 24 hours a day to calls, accounting and billing, secretarial and administrative costs, maintenance and utility expense, equipment and inventory expenses, insurance expenses and similar overhead expenses. In the event that it is necessary to use the services of an outside funeral director, their fees may be billed separately.

Refrigeration Fee - This fee will apply after 5 days from the date and time payment is received, and/or date of death. Any additional fees for refrigeration must be paid prior to the cremation being completed.

TRANSPORTATION
Transfer of Remains: Removal of the deceased from the place of death and other transportation needs. Additional fees may apply based on county of death or location of the deceased. Counties outside of our service area which are not listed on our price list will incur a $5 per mile one way charge.
